- Social tea biscuits - Sticks butter - Chocolate chips - Raisins - Sugar - Cocoa powder - Milk - Turkish delight
Place the biscuits in a food processor or blender and crush until you get fine crumbs. Melt the butter & chocolate and mix with cocoa, sugar, lemon or/and orange peel, raisins, Turkish delight & milk.
Add rum and vanilla extract. Add everything to the biscuits crumbs and mix very well. If the mixture is too soft add some more biscuits crumbs, if too hard add milk.
Cool until safe to touch. Form balls as big as you like. Roll the balls through coconut flakes. Place on a baking sheet lined with wax paper and refrigerate.
