PEACH DANISH IN PUFF PASTRY

Who doesn’t love a peach Danish pastry treat every now and again? It is something that feels a little indulgent when bought in a bakery!

While you may usually buy peach Danish, they can actually be easily made in your very own kitchen.

Ingredients:

- Puff pastry sheet - Fresh peaches - Icing sugar - All purpose flour - Cinnamon powder - Vanilla extract - Brown sugar to sprinkle - Pecans - Egg

Pre heat the oven at 400 F. Line a baking dish with baking paper and set aside.

Get your pastry and lightly roll it out then cut it into 9 equal pieces.

Grab your fresh peaches and cut them into 6 wedges each.

Combine flour, cinnamon and sugar and mix well.

Add vanilla extract and mix well.
