Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and cinnamon. Whisk all together.
In a medium bowl, mash banana with a fork.
Then add egg, butter, peanut butter, milk and vanilla extract.
Pour the mixture in the flour bowl. Whisk all together.
Transfer in the loaf pan. *you can top with more bananas and chocolate chips.
Bake in the middle of the oven for 60 minutes. Check readiness by inserting a skewer or a toothpick in the middle of the loaf. If it comes out clean, it is done. If it comes out a bit gummy then it needs a bit more time.
