4 cups powdered milk 2 cups granulated sugar 1 cup cocoa powder 2 sticks butter unsalted 1 1/4 cup water 1 tbsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 cup walnuts chopped
In a mixing bowl, combine milk powder and cocoa powder.
Sift through a fine sieve
In a saucepan, mix sugar and water and boil on high heat until the sugar is melted.
Add butter and vanilla and boil until butter is melted. Continue boiling for 2 minutes after the butter has melted.
Remove from heat and immediately add milk powder mix, mixing vigorously with a spatula or wooden spoon until no lumps are left.
Add walnuts and mix well then refrigerate.
Once the fudge is hard, cut into medium large chunks and serve.
