Homemade chocolate fudge

Milk powder can do wonders in the kitchen! You can make amazing desserts with this simple ingredient, and one of them is this lip-smacking homemade chocolate fudge!

  • 4 cups powdered milk
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 sticks butter unsalted
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup walnuts chopped


  • In a mixing bowl, combine milk powder and cocoa powder.
  • Sift through a fine sieve
  • In a saucepan, mix sugar and water and boil on high heat until the sugar is melted.
  • Add butter and vanilla and boil until butter is melted. Continue boiling for 2 minutes after the butter has melted.
  • Remove from heat and immediately add milk powder mix, mixing vigorously with a spatula or wooden spoon until no lumps are left.
  • Add walnuts and mix well then refrigerate.
  • Once the fudge is hard, cut into medium large chunks and serve.
