For the mocktail

  • 1 x 12 ounce container frozen orange juice
  • 1 x 12 ounce container frozen pineapple juice
  • 1 x 17 ounce can coconut water
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 2 cups ice
  • 6 ounces grenadine
  • Pineapple slices and cherries for garnish optional

For the cocktail

  • 1 x 12 ounce container frozen orange juice
  • 1 x 12 ounce container frozen pineapple juice
  • 1 x 17 ounce can coconut water or 2 cups plain water
  • 6 ounces white rum
  • 6 ounces coconut rum
  • 2 cups ice
  • 6 ounces grenadine
  • Pineapple slices and cherries for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients except the ice and grenadine to the pitcher of a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Add the ice and blend again until the ice is fully crushed.
  • Pour the mixture into glasses, then drizzle one ounce of grenadine on the side of each glass. Garnish with a pineapple slice and cherry before serving.
