CHOCOLATE PRETZELS

Chocolate pretzels are a delightful treat that bring together two of your favorite flavors – the salty crunch of pretzel rods and the sweet decadence of chocolate.

Ingredients:

- Almond bark - Purple Candy melts - Fondant - Hanover Sourdough Hard Pretzels

Melt almond bark or candy melts, first on HIGH for 45 seconds, then for 30 seconds, twice more, stirring in between.

Once melted fully, dip the front of the pretzel into the chocolate. Allow setting for 15 mins.

While setting, make the fondant roses. Take a pea-sized amount of white fondant.

Roll it in your hand to "knead" it and then press it into the mold.

After 2-3 seconds, peel the rose out and set it aside to stiffen slightly.
