Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and Ocean Water gelatin. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs and beat to combine.
Add the dry ingredients and mix until just incorporated.
Scoop the dough into a ball and roll the ball in the reserved sugar.
Place the dough on the prepared baking dish and flatten. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, then allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
Transfer the cookies to a wire cooling rack to cool completely before serving.
